A:Yes, we are a manufacturer of producing packaging products, which was established in 1998 and now we have more than 20 years of professional experience.

Q2: What is your MOQ of customized bag?

A: Our MOQ is 200pcs for Digital Printing and is 2000pcs for Gravure Printing.

Q3: If I want to get a full quotation, what information do I need to provide?

A: You should send us the information of Bag Type, Bag Size, Logo Printing, Purchase Quantity and Material including Thickness.

Q4: Can I get samples of your products?

A: Yes, we are willing to provide you with free samples. And please let us know your requirements and the delivery address.

Q5: When we create our own artwork design, what kind of format is available for you?

A: The popular format is PDF or PSD file, and the AI file is also acceptable.

Q6: What's your lead time for mass order?

A: For the mass order, our normal production time is 14~17 working days after design confirmation. The exact production time depends on the type and the number of bags.

Q7: Do I need a special sealer for sealing the pouches?

A: If it's a manual package, you can use the table top heat sealer. And if it's a automated packaging, you might need a specialist heat sealer.

Q8: Payment ways and Payment Term?

A: We support the payment ways of T/T, West Union, MoneyGram Paypal, Ali Pay and etc. And full payment or pay a 30% deposit first, and 70% balance before shipment.
